    The Itinerary includes a few hosted events, long meals, slow mornings, pool hangs, plenty of free time, and zero pressure.

  • All planned in-villa chef services are covered and include wood-fired pizza on arrival and a few breakfasts and dinners as outlined in the Itinerary.

    Please plan to manage snacks and all other meals on your own. Grocery shopping services may be requested through concierge for $25 per hour + cost of goods (cash only).

  • This is not a dry wedding — we trust everyone to know their limits.

    Chef-prepared dinners include wine. Additional drinks, wine, beer, and liquor can be purchased in Vicchio.

  • Yes! While cards are widely accepted, you may want cash for tipping, in-villa grocery services, street vendors, etc.

  • Tipping is appreciated but not expected the way it is in the US.

  • A car is not necessary — you can easily book a cab or catch a regional train in Vicchio, which is within walking/biking distance from the villa.
